The overall plan of the estate buildings below shows the projected development over the next 2 or 3 years. When all the existing original properties have been restored there will be a small hamlet of 6 individual villas, each retaining many of the original 19th C architectural features.

To ensure that the villas benefit from a modern infrastructure, all services to the estate have been completely replaced ranging from a state of the art sewage facility, to new gas and electricity systems as well as internet access for each house.

The network of wells on the estate have all been renovated to provide water for the gardens and fruit trees.

An old stone barn has been sympathetically developed to provide a peaceful and stylish pool side clubhouse where guests can dine or relax in the shade, whilst being only a short stroll from the new adult 14 m pool and the separate childrens bathing pool.

The first 2 villas to be completed in the summer of 2007 are the original 19th century farm house, with pigeonier on the 3rd floor, and the 100 year old farm house where the previous owners resided. Each will provide 5 large bedrooms, with 3 or 4 bathroms , as well as a fully fitted luxury kitchen, dining area and large living room.

The farmhouse villas are marked 2 and 6 on the estate plan and are both only yards from the garden, pool and clubhouse facilities.

This phase of work will be followed by the development of a further 4 villas, each with between 2 and 4 bedrooms each. Each house will the renovation of an existing 19th century barn or warehouse, full of lovely beams and other original features.

Each villa will have its own private garden where guests can relax or dine al fresco.

Photographs of the work on 2 farmhouses will be regularily updated with the progress to date, and the floor plans in that section of the website will show guests the facilities that will be available in each house. All villas will be tastefully furnished and equipped to the highest standard, with all modern facilities including televison, dvd players, film library, internet access and laundry facilities. Air conditioning will be provided in the upper floor bedrooms which are those most likely to retain heat in the height of summer. Other rooms will benefit from overhead fans. All houses will have at least one private garden area leading straight off their property

A daily self service continental breakfast will be provided in all villas.
