To ensure that the villas benefit from a modern infrastructure, all services to the estate have been completely replaced ranging from a state of the art sewage facility, to new gas and electricity systems as well as internet access for each house.

The network of wells on the estate have all been renovated to provide water for the gardens and fruit trees.

An old stone barn has been sympathetically developed to provide a peaceful and stylish pool side clubhouse where guests can dine or relax in the shade, whilst being only a short stroll from the new adult 14 m pool and the separate childrens bathing pool.

The first villa is now complete (see the Le Manoir de Cantalauze section) with the original 19th century farm house, with pigeonier on the 3rd floor, well on the way for opening Summer 2009. This second house will provide 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and feature a romantic bedroom in the old pigeon loft. The house will be full of character and will be furnished & decorated stylishly and sympathetically.
